12. Function, Duty and powers of the chairperson:
(1) The Chairperson shall be a full time official of the Commission.
(2) The chairperson shall have the following functions, duties and powers:
(a) To conduct the business of the Commission in a coordinated manner,
(b) To accomplish other function relating to the Commission as a   Chairperson,
(c) To accomplish functions as prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
